Or, more accurately, the court can annul specific election results, but only Parliament can set the laws and procedures under which elections are conducted.

Hi,
Great site. I have been eagerly waiting for the latest so a HUGE THANKS. I was a bit taken aback by the idea of a revote as my expectation was that a coalition government would be formed. My concern is that if there is a revote – there has to be a winner and a loser. I understand that the stakes are high enough to justify such a stance and they re-affirm Yushchenko as a man of his word. He wants a “real” election. The kind of election which I and many others, are privileged to enjoy. May I never take it for granted or hold it cheap again.
