Just stop giving us money, we don’t spend them right way. The main problem of Ukraine is not lack of money, the problem is that we don’t have clear way how to solve corruption and regulatory barriers around business. The biggest trouble is that more money coming from different outside sources (IMF and other programs) feeding corruption and bureaucracy that is killing real business.
One more time: Just stop giving us money!
