    Confused by the Tom Lehrer reference. Ukraine gave up the bomb.

    Another reason they might be next!

    No deep thought intended with the Tom Lehrer reference; the song just came to mind when I typed the title to the post.

    Er, should have been “when I was thinking I wanted to title the post something other than just ‘Who’s Next’.” Shouldn’t comment before caffeine.
