		<description>Ya gotta admit that is one hella fast train. Is the cost for construction of the routes less per kilometer than maglev? If so, Shanghai will probably remain a one-off, and super-TGV (or similar) will be the way to go. Iteration wins out again against leapfrogging.</description>
