    Apparently there are three routes to the highest office in Greece: you can be a Papandreou, you can be a Karamanlis, or you can be named Konstantinos ;)

    I don’t know how George Rallis made it to the top :D (actually, he’s part of an older political dynasty in Greece http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Rallis)

    Or Ireland. The current Prime Minister (Taoiseach), Deputy Prime Minister (Tánaiste) and Minister for Finance are all children of former members of the Dáil. Furthermore, the Minister for Finance is the son of a former Táiniste, the nephew of a current deputy and former cabinet minister, the grandson of a former deputy, and the brother of a current junior minister.
